How to create a Boom Bet account

1. Open Boom Bet website or install their Android/iOS app.

2. Tap Sign Up / Register.

3. Enter phone number or email, create a password, and accept T&Cs.

4. Verify via OTP sent to your phone or email.

5. Optionally complete profile details (name, DOB).

How to verify / KYC

Go to Profile > KYC / Verification.

Upload a government ID (CNIC, passport) and a selfie if requested.

Provide address proof if required.

Wait for verification (usually hours–days).

Deposits & withdrawals (typical flow)

Link a local payment method (cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or the in-app wallet) if supported.

Go to Deposit, choose method, enter amount, confirm OTP.

For withdrawals, go to Withdraw, provide payout details, and submit any requested KYC.

Keep transaction screenshots until funds clear.

If you forgot password / can’t access account

1. Use Forgot Password on the login screen — follow email/OTP steps.

2. If OTP or email fails, collect: account phone/email, last deposit date/amount, screenshot of error.

3. Contact Boom Bet support (in-app chat, email, or social media). Use a message like the template below.
